This study will explore the sources of self-efficacy (SSE) and their influence on employees' entrepreneurial behaviors (IB). The main research question is asked whether a significant relationship exists between SSE and IB in the individual perspective, and will be looked at which of the four sources are related to higher IB. This research is important because it is beneficial to understand what motivates individuals towards an IB. Furthermore, this research will be based on the belief that possessing a high level of self-efficacy (SE) towards one's career and job increases the likelihood an individual would be more motivated to actively explore and conduct an IB. Studies on these constructs are an important contribution since there is a lack of research available on the relationship between the various SSE on IB. In fact, Bandura's (1977) four SSE have not been previously explored in relation to IB.en_US
