Abstract
As per the accretion of the modern business requirements, new techniques must be developed to effectively design and create accurate and understandable financial information quickly because financial analyzing requirements come from a variety of sources, including companies and independent organizations. For this project web based financial analyzing system has been created for decision makers towards measuring and comparing performance of the companies to look beyond the standard financial statements and help to develop financial goals achievements. This web based system designed for effective information management and reporting on financial and investment activities for stakeholders such as brokers, dealers and investment companies. Users can run analysis charting indicators to analyze the trend within a certain time frame and use the historical data to check their strategies. Information published on this system is essentially immediately available from anywhere in the world at the same time and this system provides a form of dissemination through a website that can provide a flexible format to present forward-looking information facilitating users for analyzing. This system include the predominant use of quantitative data which are often already in electronic format. Findings of this project not only help investors making investment decisions, but also can help managers make decisions to improve their company's financial performance and any other independent party who are interested with company's financial performance.
