This research paper aims to examine factors affecting on farmer willingness to adopt in chemical leasing service. Chemical Leasing definition developed by, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) “Chemical Leasing is a service-oriented business model that shifts the focus from increasing sales volume of chemicals towards a value-added approach. This represents an integrated preventive environmental strategy and a clear win-win situation for industry and the environment. The specific objectives of this study were to determine the vegetable farmers’ willing to adopt on the chemical leasing model, to determine the vegetable farmers’ willingness towards a chemical leasing service. Materials and methodology Willingness to pay for agricultural services is influenced by a number of paradigms including the innovation-diffusion model (Francis M, el al 2010), economic constraints model (Makokha et. al, 1999).
