System has become more important and sometimes more critical to implement in a web system. Content Management System has web hosting service with backup facility. With this system, a privileged user decides the necessary files to back up while the user can access them. PHP, AJAX, HTML, CSS and database with MYSQL were used to design the system. PHP sessions and hashing methods were used to increase the security of the data. File Transfer Protocol was used to handle file uploading and downloading. This system provides a web interface for the administrator or an authorized person to log in to the system. Administrator is responsible for creating, removing users from the system and managing content of the system.
