It is a vivid fact that enough attention is not being paid towards the differently-abled ones who are residing within the residence, such where the guardian is not available. Hence research was conducted to produce a developed asset that supports in detecting and generating a signal during where the utmost care and attention are required. The developed asset is carried out as an oriented scenario of assistive technology being supported by video and image processing. The potential study in this regard is almost a success and improvements can be done by adding some advanced features such as facial expression detection system and emergency alert on the health care provider.
