    The impacts of Hospitality innovations & performance; On Empirical evidence from Hotel Industry(With Special Reference to Kandy District)

    Study on the Hospitality Innovations & Hotel Performances lead to show that the effects on Hospitality Innovations & Hotel Performances. Innovations are greatly imperative to Hotels. The recognized guests needs can lead to an innovative making. Objective is lead from the study the relationship between Hospitality Innovations & Hotel Performances, Assess contribute on Hospitality Innovations & Hotel Performances and those are leading for development in Hotel Industry & limitations for Hospitality Innovations. The Study is conducted on the hotels in Kandy District. Which are categories under star classification & managers are selected from each hotel. The questioner method along with the in- depth interview is used to obtain the information of the study. The structure of the Hospitality Innovations, form of the Hospitality Innovations is 4 dimensions which are identified to measure Hospitality Innovations & the relationship with Hotel Performance. And found which the limitation in this industry. Result suggests that there is a relationship between Hospitality Innovations & Hotel Performances in Kandy District Hotels. The Hospitality Innovations is lead for Hotel Performance & it goes to development of whole industry. The result of the study present strong step towards providing practical & theoretical implication on the Hospitality Innovation & Hotel Performance.
