    In this fast moving world, time is very important factor in each and every activities and movements. People are working with tight schedule of estimated time in developed industries. The employed time measurement is an essential requirement for companies. This system has several privileges such as administrator, manager, and users. Time tracking and project monitoring allows the organization to catch problems early and gives it some heads-up time to actually fix them. And it is the triad of planning, tracking and learning that allows the organization to get better at estimating and executing on their projects with every project they do. Time Tracking system works over the Internet. It is handling by client using web services. Key words: Time measurement, Time Tracking system
